Description: Carl Nielsen was famous composer and conductor from Denmark. Nielsen was greatly recognized for the composition of his six symphonies, but his dramas, operas, concertos and numerous Danish folk songs also stand out. In his music he shows the difficulties he had to overcome in his life in order to devote himself to music being poor. From 1915 he worked as a professor at the Copenhagen Conservatory.
