Description: Te Vaka is a music band from New Zealand founded in 1995. They make a fusion of the traditional music of the Pacific Ocean with current music. They include traditional instruments from the Pacific region, and most of his songs are written in the Tokelauan language and also in Samoan and Tuvaluan. They have won a Best Pacific Music Album award and Best Pacific Group in 2008 from the New Zealand Music Awards. Although, they are the creators of the Original Soundtrack from “Moana”, a Disney Pictures movie. | |
