Description: Koffi Olomide is a Congolese composer, dancer, guitarist and singer. He was member of “Viva la Vida”, Papa Wemba‘s band, with which he recorded several albums. In 1986, he formed his own band: “Quartier Latin International”. His songs are based on current controversial events and topics considered taboo. Koffi has won four Kora awards in South Africa and also won as best artist in Central Africa.
